Blissful Coffee Affogato

Round two of my easy Sunday cooking adventure! I absolutely love coffee affogato, but I have never attempted to make it myself [pure laziness, really]. 

All you must do is make a shot of espresso [or a double, if you dare] and pour it over a scoop [or two] of your favorite vanilla ice cream. It is a delectable dessert! Well, it's delectable any time of day. I enjoyed mine mid-afternoon and will likely have another one later tonight because I have no self control! 

You do  not have to feel bad about enjoying a couple of these because it's only one small scoop of ice cream!!
